What things can a Micro:bit do?
What did I like about Micro:bit?
What was challenging about coding a Micro:bit?
How would I like to try and use Micro:bit in the future?
A Micro:bit is a very tiny computer (hardware). It has a 5x5 array of LED lights that are programmed using software. Micro:bits can only have one program on them at a time. Students worked in a team and used algorithmic thinking (a set of specific instructions) to tell the Micro:bit what to do. They practiced debugging their program before getting ready to download it onto the Micro:bit. Students wrote programs for a beating heart and then a dancing monster. Good things happen here :)
